What will your day-to-day look like?

Within the Global Employer Services (GES) team in Madrid, we provide coverage for the different areas (tax, employment, immigration...) involved throughout the entire international mobility cycle, providing effective solutions to the challenges posed by any type of international assignment and supporting our clients at every stage of the process.

At Deloitte Legal, within the Tax area of the GES team, we provide services to our clients from the perspective of individuals in the following disciplines:

• Tax Campaign
• Preparation of Personal Income Tax returns for individuals
• Estimated calculations of personal income tax withholdings
• Equalization and tax protection calculations, and preparation of registration and deregistration forms with the Spanish tax authorities
• Tax planning for international employee assignments
• Preparation of personal tax returns

Beyond tax advisory, you will have the opportunity to work with a 360º approach, combining your technical knowledge with the latest developments and innovations in the sector. You will have the chance to grow in a multidisciplinary environment, where you can work alongside a wide range of specialists in different areas, taking part in projects both nationally and internationally.  

How do we picture you?

At Deloitte Legal, we are looking for graduates in Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance and Accounting, Economics, Dual Degrees, etc., who are currently pursuing the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession and/or Specialization in Taxation/Tax Advisory, or who have recently graduated, with an advanced level of English.

If you are a person with teamwork skills, initiative, autonomy, and a client-oriented approach, you are the person we are looking for to join our Global Employer Services area, within Tax.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

En el equipo de Global Employer Services (GES) en Madrid damos cobertura a las distintas áreas (fiscal, laboral, migratoria...), implicadas durante todo el ciclo de la movilidad internacional dando una respuesta eficaz a los retos que pueda plantear cualquier tipo de desplazamiento internacional, acompañando a nuestros clientes en todas las fases del proceso.

En Deloitte Legal, dentro del área Fiscal del equipo de GES, damos servicio a nuestros clientes desde una perspectiva de las personas físicas en las siguientes disciplinas:

• Campaña de Renta
• Liquidación del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas
• Cálculos estimados de retenciones del IRPF
• Cálculos de ecualización y protección fiscal y preparación de formularios de registro y baja ante las autoridades fiscales españolas
• Planificación fiscal de desplazamientos Internacionales de empleados
• Preparación de declaraciones de impuestos personales

Más allá del asesoramiento fiscal, tendrás la posibilidad de trabajar con un enfoque 360º, combinando tus conocimientos técnicos con las últimas novedades e innovaciones del sector. Tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollarte en un entorno multidisciplinar, donde podrás trabajar al lado de multitud de especialistas en distintas áreas, participando en proyectos tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.  

¿Cómo te imaginamos?

En Deloitte Legal buscamos graduados en Derecho, ADE, Finanzas y Contabilidad, Economía, Dobles Grados, etc.,  que estén cursando el Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía y/o Especialización en Tributación/Asesoría Fiscal, o recién graduados, con un nivel alto de inglés.
