From Adecco Outsourcing, we want to hire an Operations Manager to work at an important football club located in Barcelona.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The main role will be to manage the VIP football operations department in matchday preparation and, specifically, the management of hospitality operations with VIP ticket holders. You will need to organize the necessary steps with the departments involved (hospitality, ticketing, and catering) using a work methodology and within a timeline.

  • To ensure that the preparation of the VIP matchday service and operations, as well as all the necessary procedures to carry out the subsequent closing, are executed correctly and on time.
  • To ensure that the operational management of quality, hygiene, and customer service in hospitality meets the defined standards, building a satisfactory experience for clients.
  • To produce reports on any incidents that may occur during the development of the services.     
  • To supervise and coordinate resources efficiently, ensuring that the parties involved and internal and hospitality clients are informed and satisfied. Responsibilities will cover all processes from start to finish, completing them on time and within the established budget while achieving the predefined objectives.
