Commercial and Marketing Technician for the Boí Taüll Mountain Resort

What will your mission be?

Actively participate in the development and execution of Boí Taüll's commercial, communication and marketing strategy, helping to increase brand awareness, attract new customers and ensure an excellent visitor experience.

What will your responsibilities be?

Collaborate in defining and executing the communication, commercial and marketing strategy of the Boí Taüll resort in accordance with FGC Turisme guidelines.

Implement FGC Turisme's customer service policy adapted to the resort.

Coordinate the resort's commercial and marketing team, as well as with other areas of the company.

Develop, coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and actions, including sporting and corporate events, winter and summer activities, activations linked to sponsors and media, among others.

Promote and ensure the consistency of the brand's image and visibility across all communication channels, participating in advertising and communication strategies.

Participate in content creation, media relations and digital positioning.

Propose strategies, commercial actions and sales policies adapted to the market and the different specific customer segments of the territory.

Ensure the quality of services offered at the resort and coordinate and supervise the corresponding measurement systems, including satisfaction surveys, enquiries, complaints, among others.

Monitor key performance indicators for demand, sales and customer satisfaction, proposing promotional and service improvement actions.

Other activities assigned for which the candidate is qualified or meets the requirements to achieve the necessary training.

University degree in health sciences, social and legal sciences, arts and humanities, or similar is essential.

Minimum of 3 years of experience carrying out responsibilities and coordinating teams in communication and/or digital marketing departments.

Good level of spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.

Good level of English (minimum B1 or higher).

Driving licence type B.

Knowledge of office software.

High level of skiing or snowboarding is essential.

A master's degree or postgraduate qualification in the commercial, communication and/or marketing field will be valued.

Knowledge of SAP will be valued.

Knowledge of the Boí Taüll mountain resort and the surrounding area is highly valued.

Knowledge of design and survey programmes will be valued.

Knowledge of internal communication platforms will be valued.

Knowledge of French will be valued.

Contract directly with the company with the possibility of job stability in a permanent position.

Salary to be negotiated based on experience and skills.

Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., flexible depending on the season, and two days off that will vary depending on the season.

Participar activament en el desenvolupament i l'execució de l'estratègia comercial, de comunicació i màrqueting de Boí Taüll, contribuint a incrementar la notorietat de la marca, captar nous clients i garantir una excel·lent experiència als visitants.

Col·laborar en la definició i lexecució de lestratègia de comunicació, comercial i màrqueting de lestació de Boí Taüll dacord amb les directrius dFGC Turisme.

Implementar la política datenció al client dFGC turisme adaptada a lestació.

Coordinar lequip de comercial i màrqueting de lestació, així com amb altres àrees de lempresa.

Desenvolupar, coordinar i implementar campanyes i accions de màrqueting, incloent esdeveniments esportius i corporatius, activitats dhivern i estiu, activacions vinculades a patrocinadors i mitjans de comunicació, entre daltres.

Promocionar i garantir la coherència de la imatge i visibilitat de la marca en tots els canals de comunicació, participant en estratègies publicitàries i de comunicació.

Participar en la creació de continguts, la relació amb mitjans de comunicació i el posicionament digital.

Proposar estratègies, accions comercials i polítiques de venda adaptades al mercat i als diferents segments de clients específics del territori.

Garantir la qualitat dels serveis oferts a lestació i coordinar i supervisar els sistemes de mesura corresponents, incloent enquestes de satisfacció, consultes, reclamacions, entre daltres.

Fer seguiment dels indicadors claus de rendiment de la demanda, les vendes i la satisfacció de client, proposant accions de promoció i millora del servei.

Altres activitats que se li encomanin, per a les quals estigui qualificat o reuneixi els requisits per assolir la capacitació.

Imprescindible formació a nivell de grau universitari en les branques de ciències de la salut, ciències socials i jurídiques, arts i humanitats, o similar.

Experiència mínima de 3 anys desenvolupant tasques de responsabilitat i coordinació dequips en departaments de comunicació i/o màrqueting digital.

Bon nivell de català i castellà parlat i escrit.

Bon nivell danglès (mínim B1 o superior).

Carnet de conduir tipus B.

Coneixements deines ofimàtiques.

Imprescindible nivell alt desquí o Snow.

Es valorarà màster o postgrau en lmbit comercial, comunicació i/o màrqueting.

Es valorarà coneixements de SAP.

Molt valorable conèixer lestació de muntanya Boí Taüll i la zona propera

Es valorarà coneixements de programes de disseny i enquestes.

Es valorarà coneixements de plataformes de comunicació interna.

Es valorarà coneixements de francès.

Horari: de 8.30 a 17:30h, flexible segons la temporada i dos dies de descans que variarà segons la temporada.
