What will your mission be?

What you'll do

Actively participate in the development and execution of Boí Taüll's commercial, communication and marketing strategy, helping to increase brand awareness, attract new customers and ensure an excellent visitor experience.

What will your responsibilities be?

Collaborate in defining and executing the communication, commercial and marketing strategy of the Boí Taüll resort in accordance with FGC Turisme guidelines.

Implement FGC Turisme's customer service policy adapted to the resort.

Coordinate the resort's commercial and marketing team, as well as with other areas of the company.

Develop, coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and actions, including sporting and corporate events, winter and summer activities, activations linked to sponsors and media, among others.

Promote and ensure the consistency of the brand's image and visibility across all communication channels, participating in advertising and communication strategies.

Participate in content creation, media relations and digital positioning.

Propose strategies, commercial actions and sales policies adapted to the market and the different specific customer segments of the territory.

Ensure the quality of services offered at the resort and coordinate and supervise the corresponding measurement systems, including satisfaction surveys, enquiries, complaints, among others.

Monitor key performance indicators for demand, sales and customer satisfaction, proposing promotional and service improvement actions.

Other activities assigned for which the candidate is qualified or meets the requirements to achieve the necessary training.

University degree in health sciences, social and legal sciences, arts and humanities, or similar is essential.

Minimum of 3 years of experience carrying out responsibilities and coordinating teams in communication and/or digital marketing departments.

Good level of spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.

Driving licence type B.

Knowledge of office software.

High level of skiing or snowboarding is essential.
