Job description

Are you passionate about the public sector and tender management? We are looking for a Public Tenders Technician to join a stable, high-volume project, participating in strategic processes related to public procurement and digital transformation.

What will your mission be? You will be part of the team responsible for comprehensively managing public tender processes, coordinating all areas involved and ensuring the submission of competitive, high-quality bids.

Your main duties will be: Analysis and review of administrative and technical tender documents.

Interpretation of requirements and identification of risks associated with tenders.

Preparation, review, and validation of the required administrative documentation.

Comprehensive (end-to-end) management of tender files.

Coordination with internal teams, clients, legal departments, and other stakeholders.

Search and compilation of profiles, references, and evidence to demonstrate the required technical solvency.

Drafting of documentation and written submissions to meet the requirements of each tender.

Organization, planning, and monitoring of calendars and deliverables.

Requirements

Essential requirements

Minimum experience of 2 years in public tenders.

Knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP).

Experience in analyzing tender documents and preparing administrative documentation.

Advanced level of Catalan (oral and written).

Good command of Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Strong writing and oral communication skills.

Experience managing multiple files and working under tight deadlines.
