At Adecco Selección we have a great opportunity as a shift maintenance technician so you can make the change you are looking for.

You will join the team of an important multinational company located in Arévalo in the food sector, to maintain all the equipment and facilities of the plant.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, your duties will be:

-Carry out all repairs that arise during the shift.

-Identification and correction of deviations observed in the standard performance of the equipment.

-Performance of scheduled preventive maintenance work or "off-line" repairs.

-In collaboration with the Area technical manager, organize, supervise and execute preventive plans, measuring their effectiveness.

-Analysis of breakdowns and significant incidents.

-Participation in daily and weekly maintenance meetings and in improvement groups and plant engineering projects.

-Analysis and monitoring of shift maintenance KPIs.
