Call Center Agent - Sales to Existing Customers - Afternoons

At Grupo Adecco, we are looking for telephone agents to sell alarms to existing customers for a major company in the security sector.

What will your duties be?

• Your main role will be making and receiving calls to market products and/or services to existing clients of an important company in the security sector.

• Training: from September 8 to 14 (5 days). First day online, the rest in person from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Selective and paid at €20/day after passing the probationary period.
• Start date: 09/15/2026
• Schedule to choose from in the AFTERNOON SHIFT: 32H or 35H per week

+ 32 HOURS: MONDAY TO THURSDAY FROM 1PM TO 9PM (INCLUDING NON-NATIONAL HOLIDAYS)

+ 35 HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 2PM TO 9PM

(INCLUDING NON-NATIONAL HOLIDAYS)

• Format: In-person in the area (Fuencarral Metro or Ramón y Cajal Renfe). Possibility of gradually working remote days.
• Contract: 3 months with Adecco + extensions + possibility of joining the permanent staff
• Salary: €9.72 gross per hour + commissions

• Sales-oriented profile
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Availability to work at the specified location and schedule
• English C1/C2 is a plus

Desde el Grupo Adecco estamos en búsqueda de agentes telefónicos para realizar venta de alarmas a ya clientes para una importante empresa del sector seguridad.

¿Cuáles van a ser tus funciones?

• Tu función principal será la emisión y recepción de llamadas para la comercialización de productos y/o servicio a ya clientes de importante compañía del sector de la seguridad.

• Formación: del 8 al 14 de septiembre (5 días). Primer día online, resto presencial de 10h a 16h. Selectiva y remunerada con 20€/día tras superar periodo de prueba.
• Incorporación: 15/09/2026
• Jornada a elegir en TURNO de TARDE: 32H o 35H semanales

+ 32 HORAS: DE LUNES A JUEVES DE 13H A 21H (INCLUIDOS FESTIVOS NO NACIONALES)

+ 35 HORAS : DE LUNES A VIERNES DE 14H A 21H

(INCLUIDOS FESTIVOS NO NACIONALES)

• Formato: Presencial Zona (Metro Fuencarral o Renfe Ramón y Cajal) Posibilidad gradualmente días de teletrabajo.
• Contrato: 3 meses con Adecco + prórrogas + posibilidad incorporación a plantilla
• Salario: 9,72€ brutos hora + comisiones
