The International Corporate Volunteer Program (VIE) is a unique program worldwide sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Labor, which allows Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to gain valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or commercial role.

The VIE program is a specific contract, under the eligibility criteria of Business France.

Main VIE eligibility criteria:

- Be a citizen of the European Union (plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), and be a graduate candidate aged 28 or under.

- Have completed the military obligations of your country.

A 12-month VIE contract position in Export control is available within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Getafe, Spain. You will join the

Export control department.

Missions and responsibilities:

You will be in charge of the following main activities:

• Assist in the implementation of the internal compliance program and technology control plans

Work on all export control matters handled by the department, providing support to the members of the Spanish team, including

SP, EU and US export regulations.

• Assist in the management of licenses/contracts

Business trips are to be expected (two per quarter) within Europe, and therefore you must be willing to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You have the following experience and skills:

• Business acumen and ethical behavior in a highly regulated business environment;

• University education;

Communication skills; sound business judgment; ability to appropriately involve others in consultations

and decisions;

• Excellent writing skills required to write and edit policies and procedures, reports and memorandums;

• Good degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust;

• Languages: Commercially fluent in English and Spanish

Tasks & responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Help define and implement the internal compliance program and Technology Control Plans

• Work on all export control matters handled by the department, providing support to the Spanish team members, including SP, EU and US export regulations.

• Support license/agreements management

This role will involve around 2 business trips per quarter within Europe, and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

• Business acumen and ethical behavior in a highly regulated business environment;

• University education;

• Communication skills; sound business judgment; ability to appropriately involve others in consultations and decisions;

• Excellent writing skills required to write and edit policies and procedures, reports and memorandums;

Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

Un poste sous contrat VIE Export control d'une durée de 12 mois est à pourvoir au sein d'Airbus Commercial Aircraft à Getafe, Espagne. Vous rejoindrez le département

Missions et responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :

• Aider à la mise en œuvre du programme de conformité interne et des plans de contrôle technologique

Travailler sur toutes les questions de contrôle des exportations traitées par le département, en tant que support pour les membres de l'équipe espagnole, y

compris les réglementations d'exportation SP, EU et US.

• Aider à la gestion des licences/contrats

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir (deux par trimestre) en Europe et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

• Sens des affaires et comportement éthique dans un environnement commercial fortement réglementé;

• Formation universitaire;

Compétences en matière de communication; bon jugement commercial; capacité à impliquer de manière appropriée d'autres personnes dans les consultations

et les décisions;

• Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles requises pour rédiger et éditer des politiques et des procédures, des rapports et des mémorandums;

• Bon degré d'initiative, de crédibilité, d'indépendance, d'intégrité, de confidentialité et de confiance;

• Langues : Maîtrise commerciale de l'anglais et de l'espagnol
