Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Integral Aesthetics and Wellness, Massage Therapy, Personal Image, Physiotherapy, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in team management.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a massage therapist.
Intermediate/advanced level of English will be a plus.
Own vehicle is essential (not accessible by public transport).

The role

At AIRE Ancient Baths, we create unique wellness experiences inspired by the bathing traditions of the ancient Roman, Greek, and Ottoman civilizations. Our relaxation temples are located in historic buildings in cities such as New York, London, Barcelona, and Toronto.

We are looking for a Therapist Supervisor to join the team at AIRE Vallromanes, an oasis of calm and disconnection surrounded by nature, just a few minutes from Barcelona.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the team of therapists during daily operations, ensuring excellence in service and supporting the Therapist Manager in department management.

Daily department operations

Set up schedules and planning on tablet.
Manage bookings, changes, absences, and daily operational adjustments.
Lead and attend daily briefings and informational meetings.
Ensure proper preparation of the rooms and compliance with quality standards.

- Training and development

Carry out onboarding and initial training for therapists and other departments.
Oversee ongoing training and track team progress.
Ensure proper recording and updating of training records.

Team supervision

Organize daily roles for the team of therapists.
Manage operational issues and provide support to the team.
Hold one-on-one meetings and follow up on performance.
Lead weekly team meetings.

Stock management

Oversee weekly and monthly inventories.
Manage orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.

Other duties

Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Participate in recruitment processes and conduct technical tests for candidates.
Attend management meetings in the absence of the Therapist Manager.

How you'll work

Permanent contract, 40 hours per week.
Employee shuttle service from Granollers.
Work from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week.
1 free weekend per month.
