Therapist Supervisor

At AIRE Ancient Baths we create unique wellness experiences inspired by the bathing traditions of the ancient Roman, Greek, and Ottoman civilizations. Our relaxation temples are located in historic buildings in cities such as New York, London, Barcelona, and Toronto.

We are looking for a Therapist Supervisor to join the AIRE Vallromanes team, an oasis of calm and disconnection surrounded by nature, just a few minutes from Barcelona.

Your Role

Coordinate and supervise the team of therapists during daily operations, ensuring excellence in service and supporting the Therapist Manager in the management of the department.

Key responsibilities

Daily department operations

• Set up calendars and scheduling on the tablet.

• Manage bookings, changes, absences, and daily operational adjustments.

• Attend and lead daily briefings and informational meetings.

• Ensure the proper preparation of the rooms and compliance with quality standards.

Training and development

• Carry out onboarding and initial training for therapists and other departments.

• Oversee ongoing training and monitor the team's progress.

• Ensure the correct recording and updating of training records.

Team supervision

• Organize the daily roles of the therapist team.

• Manage operational issues and provide support to the team.

• Hold one-on-one meetings and monitor performance.

• Lead weekly Links meetings.

Stock management

• Oversee weekly and monthly inventories.

• Manage orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.

Other duties

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

• Participate in recruitment processes and conduct technical tests for candidates.

• Attend management meetings in the absence of the Therapist Manager.

Working conditions

• Permanent contract of 40 hours per week.

• Work from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week.

Therapists

• Training in Integral Aesthetics and Wellness, Massage Therapy, Personal Image, Physiotherapy, or related areas.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in team management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a massage therapist.

• Intermediate/advanced level of English will be a plus.

• Own vehicle is essential (not accessible by public transport).

• Flexibility and availability in working hours.

Tu rol

Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de terapeutas durante la operativa diaria, garantizando la excelencia en el servicio y apoyando al Therapist Manager en la gestión del departamento.

Responsabilidades clave

Operativa diaria del departamento

• Configurar calendarios y planificación en tablet.

• Gestionar reservas, cambios, ausencias y ajustes operativos diarios.

• Asistir y liderar briefings y reuniones informativas diarias.

• Garantizar la correcta preparación de las salas y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.

Formación y desarrollo

• Realizar el onboarding y formación inicial de terapeutas y otros departamentos.

• Supervisar la formación continua y el seguimiento del progreso del equipo.

• Asegurar el correcto registro y actualización de formaciones.

Supervisión de equipo

• Organizar los roles diarios del equipo de terapeutas.

• Gestionar incidencias operativas y dar soporte al equipo.

• Mantener reuniones individuales y realizar seguimiento del desempeño.

• Liderar reuniones semanales de Links.

Gestión de stock

• Supervisar inventarios semanales y mensuales.

• Gestionar pedidos y coordinar entregas con proveedores.

Otras funciones

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de protocolos de salud y seguridad.

• Participar en procesos de selección y realizar pruebas técnicas a candidatos/as.

• Asistir a reuniones de management en ausencia del Therapist Manager.

Condiciones de trabajo

• Contrato indefinido de 40 horas semanales.

• Trabajo de lunes a domingo con 2 días de descanso semanales.

• 1 fin de semana libre al mes.

• Formación en Estética Integral y Bienestar, Quiromasaje, Imagen Personal, Fisioterapia o áreas relacionadas.

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en gestión de equipos.

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como masajista.

• Nivel intermedio/alto de inglés será un plus.

• Vehículo propio imprescindible (no es posible acceder en transporte público).

• Flexibilidad y disponibilidad horaria.
