Maintenance Supervisor

The role

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the proper functioning, condition, and cleanliness of the facility's installations and machinery.

This is a key position to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities within the center's daily operations, so your commitment and responsibility toward the work will be essential.

The team will integrate you from day one and guide you in acquiring new knowledge that will help you carry out your work easily.

In your day-to-day work, you will be in charge of carrying out maintenance processes, both corrective and preventive, following the guidelines established by the department manager.

Additionally, you must record the information in the corresponding logs, keeping them updated daily.

It will also be your task to guarantee the perfect sanitary condition of the facilities and certify their state of cleanliness and disinfection.

Provide support to the manager with recruitment, training, and development tasks for the maintenance team. Assist in planning and supervising the daily work and shifts of the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.

• We are looking for a professional with demonstrable knowledge in facility maintenance, water treatment, and electricity.

• Flexibility and schedule availability (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).

El rol

Tu principal responsabilidad será velar por el correcto funcionamiento, estado y limpieza de las instalaciones y maquinaria del centro.

Esta es una posición clave para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones dentro de la operativa diaria del centro, por lo que será fundamental tu compromiso y responsabilidad con el trabajo.

El equipo te integrará desde el primer día y te guiará en la adquisición de nuevos aprendizajes que te ayudarán a realizar tu trabajo de forma sencilla.

En tu día a día, te encargarás de ejecutar los procesos de mantenimiento, tanto a nivel correctivo como preventivo, siguiendo las pautas establecidas por el responsable del departamento.

Además, deberás registrar la información en los libros correspondientes, manteniéndolos actualizados diariamente.

También, será tu tarea avalar el perfecto estado sanitario de las instalaciones y certificar el estado de limpieza y desinfección de las mismas.

Dar soporte al responsable con las tareas de reclutamiento, capacitación y desarrollo del equipo de mantenimiento. Asistir en la planificación y supervisión del trabajo diario y los turnos del equipo de mantenimiento.

Perfil requerido

• Experiencia previa en posición similar durante al menos 1 año.

• Pensamos en un profesional con conocimientos demostrables en mantenimiento de instalaciones, tratamiento de aguas y electricidad.

• Flexibilidad y disponibilidad horaria (turnos de mañana, tarde y noche).
