Cleaning and Customer Service Staff in the Locker Room Area

The role

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients in the locker room area, providing them with everything they need for their stay at AIRE.

In your day-to-day work, you will be in charge of cleaning and keeping the locker room and other common areas of the center tidy; going over the facilities each shift with the aim of keeping all areas clean and in proper condition.

At AIRE we have our own laundry room; when it is your turn during your shift, you will need to manage the cleaning and drying of the garments and support their restocking.

The team will integrate you from day one and guide you in acquiring new skills that will help you carry out your work easily.

Required profile

• It is essential to have your own vehicle - a car. The facilities cannot be reached by public transport.

• Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality sector, for at least 1 year.

• We are looking for a discreet, friendly, and detail-oriented person with a strong commitment to excellence in customer service.

• Flexibility and availability in working hours.

• Work schedule is Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week.

Tu principal responsabilidad será garantizar el bienestar y comodidad de nuestros clientes en la zona de vestuarios, proporcionándoles todo lo necesario para su estancia en AIRE.

En tu día a día, te encargarás de la limpieza y orden del vestuario y demás zonas comunes del centro; repasando las instalaciones en cada turno con el objetivo de mantener todas las áreas en un estado limpio y adecuado

En AIRE disponemos de una lavandería propia; cuando te corresponda por turno de trabajo, deberás gestionar la limpieza y secado de la indumentaria y apoyar en su reposición.

El equipo te integrará desde el primer día y te guiará en la adquisición de nuevos aprendizajes que te ayudarán a realizar tu trabajo de forma sencilla.

Perfil requerido

• Imprescindible contar con vehículo propio - coche. No se puede acceder a las instalaciones en transporte público.

• Experiencia previa en una posición similar dentro del sector hotelero, durante al menos 1 año.

• Pensamos en una persona discreta, amable y detallista, con una alta preocupación por la excelencia en atención al cliente.

• Flexibilidad y disponibilidad horaria.

• Se trabaja de lunes a domingo con 2 días de descanso a la semana.
