About the role

- Define reliability metrics and standards to evaluate equipment performance.
Failure analysis and problem solving
- Lead root cause investigations to eliminate recurring and critical failures.
- Develop sustainable solutions that improve reliability and reduce the recurrence of incidents.
Participation in investment projects
- Collaborate on the development of capital projects related to improving reliability, maintainability, and the integration of new equipment.
- Provide reliability technical criteria across the different design and implementation phases.

What are we looking for?
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in industrial process environments or heavy industry.
- Knowledge of CMMS tools, Oracle, and/or maintenance and reliability methodologies.
- Experience with international technical standards and regulations (UNE, ASME, API, among others) will be valued.
- High level of English.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different areas of the organization.
- Analytical, proactive profile focused on problem solving through root cause identification and the implementation of effective solutions.

¿Qué buscamos?
