What does the Unit do?

Engineering Support Iberia is the area responsible for providing cross-functional support to the various engineering disciplines (Solar, BESS, Repowering, Hydro, Combined Cycle, Gas and Diesel Turbines, Civil, Electrical, and Environmental) throughout the entire lifecycle of renewable generation projects. Its activities include project portfolio monitoring, coordination of support resources and teams, management of engineering contracts, activity reporting and insourcing, process standardization, support for tenders, and the implementation of digital tools that increase operational efficiency. The department plays a key role in the digital transformation of Engineering Iberia, driving process automation, the integration of digital tools, and the use of innovative technologies to improve productivity, design quality, and data-driven decision-making.

What will you collaborate on?

You will join the Engineering Support Iberia team, participating in initiatives focused on the continuous improvement and digitalization of engineering processes. The main activities include:

- Analysis of internal engineering processes to identify opportunities for automation and reduction of repetitive tasks.

- Development and testing of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, and other corporate digital tools.

- Preparation of dashboards and automated reports for project monitoring, activity indicators, and engineering reporting.

- Support in creating knowledge bases, procedures, and standardized documentation using generative AI tools.

- Automation of the collection, processing, and analysis of information from different corporate sources.
