Join the Enterprise Architecture team at Allianz Seguros España, providing direct service to BBVA Allianz, and actively participate in the main transformation, modernization, and technological innovation programs of the BBVA‑Allianz partnership.

You will be the single architectural point of reference between BBVA and Allianz, ensuring strategic coherence, end‑to‑end alignment, and proper governance of all initiatives funded by BBVA.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and evolve the target IT architecture needed for BBVA Allianz.
• Translate BBVA's business strategies and transformation priorities into formal business architecture artifacts, aligned with Allianz's standards and processes.
• Support key technological transformation projects.
• Ensure end‑to‑end coherence of processes, data, customer journeys, and the application landscape.
• Act as the main architectural liaison between BBVA, Enterprise Architecture, Organization, and Allianz Technology.
• Support IT/IS risk control, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Support the Organization teams in managing and prioritizing demand, ensuring that the proposed solutions fit the target architecture.
• Participate in governance forums (Design Authority, IT Strategy, etc.), escalating risks and dependencies.
• Support AI projects, especially those linked to BBVA innovation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with the modernization roadmap and avoid regressions to legacy systems.

• Demonstrated experience of more than 5 years in similar roles (Enterprise Architect, Business Architect, IT Architect).
• Hybrid business + technical profile, ideally with experience in consulting, banking, and/or insurance.
• Analytical ability, critical vision, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholders (BBVA, Allianz, Technology, Organization).
• Knowledge of the IT solutions market.
• Excellent communication skills, influence, and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
