Join the Controlling area as a Senior Expert, playing a key role in financial analysis, planning, and support for strategic decision-making within the Life Insurance business at Allianz Spain.

What will you do at Allianz?

• Lead financial planning and business analysis for the area from an expert role.

• Prepare and develop Budget and Forecast processes, ensuring the quality and reliability of information.

• Analyze the insurance P&L and the main KPIs of the Life business.

• Apply knowledge of IFRS17 and Solvency II in financial analysis and reporting.

• Prepare and consolidate financial reporting for Management, providing actionable insights.

• Act as a strategic partner for key areas (Actuarial, Commercial, Operations, etc.).

• Collaborate closely with the Life Actuarial and Life Risk teams to ensure a comprehensive view of the business.

• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation of reporting using tools such as Power BI.

• Translate financial data into recommendations that support business decision-making.

What does Allianz need from you?

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or equivalent functions.

• Advanced level of English (C1).

• Solid knowledge of IFRS17 and Solvency II.

• Experience in financial analysis within the insurance sector.

• Knowledge of the Life Insurance business.

• Experience or regular interaction with Life Actuarial and/or Life Risk areas.

• Experience in financial reporting for Management.

• Participation in Budget and Forecast processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

• Analytical profile, attention to detail, and ability to generate business insights.

• Data Analysis / Copilot / AI

The following will be positively valued:

• Experience in international environments or collaboration with the parent company.

• Participation in transformation, automation, or reporting improvement projects.

• Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders.

• Actuarial knowledge applied to the Life business.

¿Qué vas a hacer en Allianz?

• Liderar desde un rol experto la planificación financiera y el análisis de negocio del área.

• Elaborar y desarrollar procesos de Budget y Forecast, asegurando la calidad y fiabilidad de la información.

• Analizar el P&L asegurador y los principales KPIs del negocio de Vida.

• Aplicar conocimiento de IFRS17 y Solvencia II en el análisis y reporting financiero.

• Elaborar y consolidar el reporting financiero para Dirección, aportando insights accionables.

• Actuar como partner estratégico de áreas clave (Actuarial, Comercial, Operaciones, etc.).

• Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Actuarial Vida y Riesgos Vida para garantizar una visión integral del negocio.

• Impulsar la mejora continua, digitalización y automatización del reporting mediante herramientas como Power BI.

• Traducir datos financieros en recomendaciones que apoyen la toma de decisiones del negocio.

¿Qué necesita Allianz de ti?

Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Controlling, FP&A o funciones equivalentes.

• Nivel avanzado de inglés (C1).

• Conocimiento sólido de IFRS17 y Solvencia II.

• Experiencia en análisis financiero dentro del sector asegurador.

• Conocimiento del negocio de Seguros de Vida.

• Experiencia o interacción habitual con áreas de Actuarial Vida y/o Riesgos Vida.

• Experiencia en reporting financiero para Dirección.

• Participación en procesos de Budget y Forecast.

• Dominio avanzado de Excel y Power BI.

• Perfil analítico, orientación al detalle y capacidad para generar insights de negocio.

• Análisis de Datos / Copilot / IA

Se valorará positivamente:
