What will your day-to-day be like?

  • Design and create new excursions and experiences outside of the regular program

  • Develop tailored programs for cruise lines, agencies, and other clients

  • Identify and select new suppliers

  • Negotiate economic and operational conditions with suppliers

  • Analyze destinations and evaluate the viability of new activities

  • Prepare documentation for tenders and bids with cruise lines

  • Coordinate the creation of special events and personalized programs

  • Prepare all necessary operational documentation for service execution

  • Transfer information and coordination to the operations department

  • Participate, when necessary, in the on-site execution of events

  • Supervise suppliers and staff during special services

  • Control and execute Pre/Post Port Call Programs for clients

  • Availability to travel occasionally across Europe.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

  • Diseñar y crear nuevas excursiones y experiencias fuera del programa regular

  • Elaborar programas a medida para navieras, agencias y otros clientes

  • Identificar y seleccionar nuevos proveedores

  • Negociar condiciones económicas y operativas con proveedores

  • Analizar destinos y evaluar la viabilidad de nuevas actividades

  • Preparar documentación para concursos y licitaciones con navieras

  • Coordinar la creación de eventos especiales y programas personalizados

  • Preparar toda la documentación operativa necesaria para la ejecución del servicio

  • Transferir la información y coordinación al departamento de operaciones

  • Participar, cuando sea necesario, en la ejecución in situ de eventos

  • Supervisar proveedores y personal durante servicios especiales

  • Control y ejecución de Programas Pre/Post Escala para clientes

  • Perfil organizado, resolutivo, con capacidad de planificación y orientación al detalle.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente por Europa.
