SAP Service Manager

At Atos we are looking for a management profile with experience in the SAP environment, with functional knowledge in any of the SAP modules (ideally SD/MM or FICO), who has worked in SAP AM services, overseen by ANS/SLAs, and who is familiar with the ITIL/ISO 20000 framework. The role will involve managing SAP AMS services, liaising with clients and work teams.

• Experience as an SAP consultant: 4-5 years
• Experience as an SAP Service Manager: 3-5 years
• Knowledge of ticketing tools: Jira, ServiceNow...
• Strong work ethic
• Decision-making skills
• Client management skills
• Ability to manage a profit and loss account

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
• ITIL foundation certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 20000: certification is a plus.

Location: Madrid (hybrid model)

• Titulación mínimo Grado
• Certificación en ITIL foundation.
• Conocimientos en ISO 20000: valorable con certificación oficial.
