Project title

Support in the digitalization and optimization of Preventive Management through Digital Tools in the B. Braun Shared Prevention Service.

Project objective

Analyze the inefficiencies identified in the digitalization process of the current processes of the Prevention Service and correct them to ensure the correct operation of the system.

Context

The B. Braun SPM has incorporated the Sabentis Software for prevention management and linked it with SAP so that all preventive activities carried out in the organization are fully integrated into it and all its collaborators have access according to their role.

Among these:

* Risk assessments.

* Action plans.

* Accident investigations.

* Safety inspections.

* Training.

* Indicators and reporting.

As the use of the tool is strengthened, gaps in its operation are identified that must be refined until its operation is 100% efficient.

Scope

The intern, together with the digitalization project leader, will identify the inefficiencies and establish the systematic approach for their correction:

• Organizational structure.
  • Associate collaborators without a position to SAP functions Sabentis location
• Training.
  • Follow-up on assignment profiles – Sabentis, for their SuccessFactors training.
• Chemical product safety data sheets.
  • Identification of gaps and correction.
• Safety inspections.
  • Follow-up / updating of OPs in Sabentis.
• Accident investigation.
  • Delta – Sabentis
• Provide support in expanding the capabilities of modules
  • Emergencies
  • Audits
• Participate in other preventive activities carried out in the department.

Soporte en la digitalización y optimización de la Gestión Preventiva mediante Herramientas Digitales en el Servicio de Prevención Mancomunado de B. Braun.

Objetivo del proyecto

Analizar las ineficiencias que se identifiquen en el proceso de digitalización de procesos actuales del Servicio de Prevención y corregirlas para asegurar un funcionamiento correcto del sistema.

Contexto

El SPM B. Braun ha incorporado en Software Sabentis para la gestión de la prevención y linkado éste con SAP de forma que todas las actividades preventivas que se lleven a cabo en la organización estén totalmente integradas en ésta y que todos sus colaboradores y colaboradoras tengan acceso según su rol.

Entre éstas:

* Evaluaciones de riesgos.

* Planes de acción.

* Investigaciones de accidentes.

* Inspecciones de seguridad.

* Formación.

* Indicadores y reporting.

A medida que se potencia el uso de la herramienta se identifican gaps en su funcionamiento que se deben ir puliendo hasta que su funcionamiento sea 100% eficiente.

Alcance

El becario junto con el líder del proyecto de digitalización identificará las ineficiencias y establecerán la sistemática para su corrección:

• Estructura organizativa.
  • Asociar colaboradores sin puesto a funciones SAP ubicación Sabentis
• Formación.
  • Seguimiento assigment profiles – sabentis, para su formación success factors.
• Fichas de seguridad productos químicos.
  • Identificación de gaps y corrección.
• Inspecciones de seguridad.
  • Seguimiento / actualización de las OP en Sabentis.
• Investigación de accidentes.
  • Delta – Sabentis
• Dar soporte en la ampliación de la potencia de módulos
  • Emergencias
  • Auditorías
• Participar en otras actividades preventivas llevadas a cabo en el departamento.
