The role

B. Braun wishes to hire 12 Production Operators for Filling at the B. Braun Medical, S.A.U. workplace in Jaén, reporting to the Shift Supervisor. The working hours will be rotating Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts on a weekly basis, working 6 days and resting 2/3 days. Initially, and until the end of 2026 while training lasts, the selected candidates will work a rotating schedule from Monday to Friday.

What you'll do

Operation, supervision and adjustment of production equipment and facilities, carrying out the necessary format changes, adjustments and parameter settings
Execution of product preparation and manufacturing operations, including weighing, reagent preparation, loading of raw materials, washing, depyrogenation and product filling, according to established procedures
Carrying out in-process controls, line checks, sampling and verifications required by manufacturing and quality protocols
Completion of manufacturing documentation and associated records, following Good Documentation Practices and current procedures
Reporting incidents, deviations or breakdowns to the responsible persons and to Maintenance, collaborating in the adoption of corrective measures
Ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, prevention and environmental standards applicable to the work area
Maintaining order, cleanliness and the correct availability of production equipment, rooms and facilities
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and optimisation of production processes
