The role

B. Braun wishes to bring on board a person as a Central Technical Services Engineering Technician to take part in managing improvement projects, facility adaptations and technical incidents to ensure the correct operation of our production plants. We are looking for a profile with experience in an industrial environment, organisational skills and a problem-solving mindset, who wants to be part of a multidisciplinary team and actively participate in the continuous improvement of our facilities.

What you'll do

The selected person, reporting to the Central Technical Services Engineering Manager, will carry out the following tasks:

  • Carry out the study and proposal of new works or adaptations in buildings and facilities in the industrial sector and offices.
  • Prepare the budget/project for its execution.
  • Manage improvement actions in industrial buildings and facilities.
  • Coordinate the resolution of incidents and requests to ensure plant operations.
  • Carry out the technical, economic and schedule follow-up of assigned actions.
  • Prepare requests for quotations, technical comparisons and contracting proposals.
  • Review technical solutions and their construction feasibility.
  • Coordinate suppliers and partner companies during the execution of the work.
  • Supervise the correct execution of actions in terms of quality, safety and planning.
  • Manage technical documentation, work permits and legalisations associated with the actions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in industrial facilities and services, taking part in the definition and follow-up of small investments and technical improvements.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance and the rest of the departments to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities.
