Responsibilities

The selected person, reporting to the Central Technical Services Engineering Manager, will carry out the following tasks:

  • Carry out the study and proposal of new works or adaptations in buildings and facilities in the industrial sector and offices.
  • Prepare the budget/project for its execution.
  • Manage improvement actions in industrial buildings and facilities.
  • Coordinate the resolution of incidents and requests to ensure plant operations.
  • Perform technical, economic, and schedule follow-up of assigned actions.
  • Prepare requests for quotations, technical comparisons, and contracting proposals.
  • Review the technical solutions and their construction feasibility.
  • Coordinate suppliers and partner companies during the execution of the work.
  • Supervise the correct execution of actions in terms of quality, safety, and planning.
  • Manage technical documentation, work permits, and legalizations associated with the actions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in industrial facilities and services, participating in the definition and follow-up of small investments and technical improvements.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and other departments to ensure the proper operation of the facilities.

  • Academic background: Higher Level Training Cycle in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Mechatronics, Electrical Installations, or similar.
