About the role

We are looking to add a Physiotherapist to our Ballesol Pozuelo de Alarcón residence who will contribute to improving the quality of life of our residents through prevention, treatment, and physical rehabilitation, promoting their autonomy and daily well-being.

What you'll do

Responsibilities and functions of the position

  • Assess the physical and functional condition of residents, designing and applying treatment programs aimed at achieving the greatest possible autonomy.
  • Select and apply the most appropriate physiotherapy techniques and therapies to improve each resident's health, mobility, and well-being.
  • Actively participate in the center's multidisciplinary team, providing a global perspective and coordinating joint interventions for comprehensive care.
  • Inform, advise, and train auxiliary staff on action guidelines related to transfers, mobilizations, and other physiotherapy techniques, ensuring the safety and proper handling of residents.
  • Collaborate in preventive activities and the promotion of physical health, adapted to the individual and collective needs of the center.
  • Record and monitor treatments, communicating progress and any incidents to the healthcare team and families when necessary.
