We are looking to bring on a Receptionist at our Ballesol Vigo center who can provide warm, professional care and ensure quality service and smooth day-to-day communication.

What will your mission be?

As a Receptionist, your mission will be to provide friendly and professional attention, ensuring smooth communication between residents, families, and the center's team, and ensuring the proper functioning of administrative and reception tasks.

  • Phone and email support: managing incoming and outgoing calls, transferring to the appropriate departments, and managing email.
