Maintenance Technician for Residential Center - Sick Leave Coverage IT - Ballesol Tenerife

Therefore, we are looking to bring on a Maintenance Technician at our Ballesol Tenerife center who will contribute to the good condition and upkeep of the facilities, ensuring safe, pleasant, and well-cared-for spaces for our residents.

What will your mission be?

Ensure the proper functioning, conservation, and aesthetics of the center's facilities, carrying out preventive and corrective interventions that guarantee a safe, comfortable, and high-quality environment for residents and their families.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare surfaces, apply treatments, and select appropriate materials according to the type of work.
• Carry out basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Perform painting, touch-up, and finishing work on the interior and exterior of the center.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on the general upkeep of the facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention regulations in all interventions.

Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento, conservación y estética de las instalaciones del centro, realizando intervenciones preventivas y correctivas que garanticen un entorno seguro, confortable y de calidad para residentes y familiares.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

• Preparar superficies, aplicar tratamientos y seleccionar materiales adecuados según el tipo de trabajo.
• Llevar a cabo tareas básicas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Realizar trabajos de pintura, retoques y acabados en interiores y exteriores del centro.
• Colaborar con el equipo de mantenimiento en la conservación general de las instalaciones.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y prevención de riesgos laborales en todas las intervenciones.
