IT Systems Engineer – Industrial Environment (Junior)

We are looking for an IT-related Engineer / Systems to join us on-site at the Fuenlabrada industrial plant.

The selected person will join the IT department providing support for applications implemented at the plant, working closely with internal users and suppliers.

Your main responsibility will be to provide functional and operational support for applications deployed in the production environment.

Your duties will include:

• End-user support for plant applications (production data collection, manufacturing execution, labeling, etc.).
• Analysis and resolution of functional incidents.
• Identification of improvements and participation in their implementation.
• Testing (testing) of improvements or new functionalities.
• Daily supervision of the proper functioning of deployed applications.
• Collaboration with the IS Manager in the implementation of new projects.
• Coordination with external suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with the standards defined by the Group.

• You will join a multidisciplinary team.
• You will be part of high-impact projects, where you will learn about industrial logistics processes.

• Essential: A university degree in Computer Engineering or a similar qualification related to the IT field.
• Previous experience is not essential.
• Profiles focused primarily on software development are not sought.
• Upper-intermediate English level (B2), with the ability to understand technical documentation and maintain fluent conversation.
• Analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.
• Organized, rigorous, and with good communication skills.
• Proactive, with a willingness to learn and the ability to work in a team.
• Availability for 100% on-site work at the plant.
• Own vehicle is essential.

• Experience or internships in application support will be valued.

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a relacionado/a con el ámbito de la Informática / Sistemas para incorporarse de forma presencial en la planta industrial de Fuenlabrada.

La persona seleccionada formará parte del departamento IT dando soporte a las aplicaciones implementadas en fábrica, trabajando estrechamente con usuarios internos y proveedores.

Tu principal responsabilidad será dar soporte funcional y operativo a las aplicaciones implantadas en el entorno productivo.

Entre tus funciones estarán:

• Soporte a usuarios finales en aplicaciones de fábrica (recogida de datos de producción, declaraciones de fabricación, etiquetado, etc.).
• Análisis y resolución de incidencias funcionales.
• Identificación de mejoras y participación en su implementación.
• Realización de pruebas (testing) de mejoras o nuevas funcionalidades.
• Supervisión diaria del correcto funcionamiento de las aplicaciones implantadas.
• Colaboración con el IS Manager en la implementación de nuevos proyectos.
• Coordinación puntual con proveedores externos.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares definidos por el Grupo.

• Te integrarás en un equipo multidisciplinar.
• Formarás parte de proyectos de gran impacto, donde podrás aprender sobre procesos logísticosindustriales.
• Dispondrás de contratación estable y oportunidades de crecimiento profesional dentro de BETWEEN.

• Imprescindible Grado universitario en Ingeniería Informática o titulación universitaria similar relacionada con el ámbito IT.
• No es imprescindible experiencia previa.
• No se buscan perfiles enfocados principalmente al desarrollo de software.
• Nivel de inglés medio-alto (B2), con capacidad para comprender documentación técnica y mantener conversación fluida.
• Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
• Persona organizada, rigurosa y con buena comunicación.
• Proactividad, actitud de aprendizaje y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
• Disponibilidad para trabajo 100% presencial en planta.
• Vehículo propio imprescindible.

• Se valorará positivamente experiencia o prácticas en soporte de aplicaciones.
• Se valorará experiencia en entornos industriales o productivos.
• Se valorará experiencia en análisis y resolución de incidencias funcionales.
