What we're looking for

Academic Background: University Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Accounting and Finance, or equivalent qualification.
Previous Experience: Between 1 and 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing (internal or external), controlling, or financial analysis departments.
Technical Skills (Mandatory): Advanced Excel (Expert Level) with fluent command of pivot tables, complex functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditionals), basic data modeling, and dynamic reports.
Languages: English B2 / C1 (ability to review documentation and communicate in a corporate environment).

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to support the coordination, consolidation, and analysis of business information on a global level.

The person will work with international Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams, providing visibility into business performance and contributing to process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

Prepare and monitor the analytical budget, analyzing variances between actual and planned expenditure.
Analyze operating costs, business margins, and review invoicing flows.
Perform control tests, reconciliations, and review of records.
Actively participate in support tasks for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings.
Design, maintain, and automate management reports and key performance indicators (financial KPIs) using Advanced Excel.
Consolidate financial data from different sources for the preparation of executive dashboards.
