Do you have years of experience working in bodywork, sheet metal, and vehicle repair and want to take the next step in your professional career?

We are looking for an experienced Bodywork Technician who wants to leverage their workshop knowledge from a new perspective: joining a technical front office team, providing support to the official workshop network of one of the leading automotive manufacturers.

Here, you won't be physically repairing vehicles. Your experience will be key to analyzing incidents, resolving complex cases, and advising other professionals in the workshop network.

• Provide technical support to official workshops regarding bodywork-related incidents.
• Analyze cases and determine possible causes and repair procedures.
• Advise network professionals when a repair cannot be resolved directly at the workshop.
• Provide support on repairs involving structural and exterior elements, adjustments, deformations, metal and plastic parts, windows, and finishes.
• Consult and interpret manufacturer documentation and technical procedures.
• Investigate and follow up on complex cases until resolution.
• Document technical solutions and escalate incidents when necessary.
• Participate in meetings for new model launches to learn about their new processes and specific repair characteristics.

We are mainly looking for real workshop experience.

• Vocational Training (CFGM/CFGS) in Bodywork, Automotive, or similar.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in bodywork repair.
• Experience in diagnosing and assessing damage, disassembly and assembly, repairing deformations, replacing and adjusting components.
• Knowledge of professional bodywork repair processes and methodologies.
• Good command of computer tools.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and explain solutions clearly.
