We are looking for a Project Manager to expand one of our teams in Rubí (Barcelona).

The selected person will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from their definition phase until their market launch, coordinating multidisciplinary teams from Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales.

We are looking for a profile with experience in industrial project management, organizational skills, leadership, and communication, accustomed to working with different departments and managing risks, resources, and deadlines.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects in the Industrial Sector, ensuring their success from conception to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating product development projects.
• Planning and supervising deadlines, costs, and quality.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment between departments.
• Managing risks, incidents, and potential deviations.
• Tracking KPIs and project status.
• Optimizing processes and contributing to the reduction of time to market.

If you have solid experience as a Project Manager, a deep understanding of the Industrial Sector, and a passion for project management and product development, we invite you to join our team.

• Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar.
• Experience of 3 to 5 years as a Project Manager in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of PMI, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in team coordination and cross-functional project management.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge in industrial manufacturing processes (sheet metal, aluminum, machining, assembly, etc.) is a plus.
• High level of English (C1).

Estamos buscando un Project Manager para ampliar uno de nuestros equipos en Rubí (Barcelona).

La persona seleccionada será responsable de planificar, ejecutar y hacer seguimiento de los proyectos desde su fase de definición hasta su lanzamiento al mercado, coordinando equipos multidisciplinares de Ingeniería, Producción, Calidad, Compras, Marketing y Comercial.

Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en gestión de proyectos industriales, capacidad de organización, liderazgo y comunicación, acostumbrado a trabajar con diferentes departamentos y a gestionar riesgos, recursos y plazos.

Como Project Manager, serás responsable de liderar y gestionar proyectos del Sector Industrial, asegurando su éxito desde la concepción hasta la entrega. Tus responsabilidades clave incluirán:

• Liderar y coordinar proyectos de desarrollo de producto.
• Planificar y supervisar plazos, costes y calidad.
• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y asegurar la alineación entre departamentos.
• Gestionar riesgos, incidencias y posibles desviaciones.
• Realizar el seguimiento de KPIs y el estado de los proyectos.
• Optimizar procesos y contribuir a la reducción del time to market.

Si posees una sólida experiencia como Project Manager, un profundo entendimiento del Sector Industrial y una pasión por la gestión de proyectos y el desarrollo de Producto, te invitamos a unirte a nuestro equipo.

• Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Organización Industrial o similar.
• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años como Project Manager en entorno industrial.
• Conocimientos de metodologías PMI, Agile o Scrum.
• Experiencia en coordinación de equipos y gestión transversal de proyectos.
• Valorable certificación PMP.
• Valorable experiencia o conocimientos en procesos de fabricación industrial (chapa, aluminio, mecanizado, ensamblaje, etc.).
• Nivel alto de inglés (C1).
