Project Manager – MPM Implementation (Insurance)

We are looking for a Project Manager to expand one of our teams in Barcelona.

• You will be responsible for the overall execution of the pilot MPM project in Spain, from planning through to go-live and stabilization.
• Define and drive the project roadmap, milestones and expected outcomes across all workstreams
• Lead the migration of a defined segment of the legacy portfolio to MPM, covering data, processes and integrations
• Apply the standard MPM configuration —customizations only when absolutely necessary, under the oversight of the Steering Committee
• Manage operational change (claims and customer service): training, adoption and new ways of working in MPM
• Coordinate all parties —vendor, IT, local business stakeholders— managing dependencies and resolving obstacles quickly
• Oversee testing (UAT, integration, regression) to ensure quality and readiness for go-live
• Proactively manage risks, issues and escalations: identify early, resolve quickly
• Report progress and deviations to the Steering Committee and key stakeholders
• Capture lessons learned and recommendations to incorporate into the next implementation phase

• Proven experience implementing ERP or core systems, preferably in the insurance sector

• Experience with MPM (or an equivalent non-life insurance platform), including claims management and customer service operations

• Hands-on experience in data migration, system integration and change management in the context of system transitions

• High level of English

• Serás el responsable de la ejecución integral del proyecto piloto de MPM en España, desde la planificación hasta la puesta en marcha y la estabilización.
• Definir e impulsar la hoja de ruta del proyecto, los hitos y los resultados esperados en todas las líneas de trabajo
• Dirigir la migración de un segmento definido de la cartera del sistema heredado a MPM, abarcando datos, procesos e integraciones
• Aplicar la configuración estándar de MPM —personalizaciones solo cuando sean absolutamente imprescindibles, bajo la supervisión del Comité Directivo
• Gestionar el cambio en las operaciones (reclamaciones y atención al cliente): formación, adopción y nuevas formas de trabajar en MPM
• Coordinar a todas las partes —proveedor, TI, partes interesadas del negocio local— gestionando las dependencias y resolviendo los obstáculos con rapidez
• Supervisar las pruebas (UAT, integración, regresión) para garantizar la calidad y la preparación para la puesta en marcha
• Gestionar los riesgos, los problemas y las escaladas de forma proactiva: detectar a tiempo, resolver rápidamente
• Informar del progreso y las desviaciones al Comité Directivo y a las partes interesadas clave
• Recopilar las lecciones aprendidas y las recomendaciones para incorporarlas a la siguiente fase de implementación

• Experiencia demostrada en la implementación de sistemas ERP o sistemas centrales, preferiblemente en el sector de los seguros

• Experiencia con MPM (Segelevia/MPM o una plataforma equivalente de seguros no de vida), incluyendo la gestión de siniestros y las operaciones de atención al cliente

• Experiencia práctica en migración de datos, integración de sistemas y gestión del cambio en el contexto de transiciones de sistemas

• Nivel de ingles alto
