• Hold a Vocational Training degree (Intermediate or Advanced) in Boilermaking and Welding, Metal Construction, or a related field. This is essential due to the high technical complexity of our products.

• Have more than two years of prior experience in MAG-MIG welding work. Additionally, if you have experience welding aluminum structures and have previously obtained the corresponding certifications, we will value this positively.

• Knowledge of blueprint reading. Interpreting blueprints to carry out welding work will be part of your daily routine, so if you already have experience in this, you will adapt quickly to the role.

• Experience in environments where Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement are part of daily operations. At CAF, quality and continuous improvement are essential, so being familiar with these environments will be a great advantage.

• Disponer de titulación de Formación Profesional de Grado Medio o Superior en Calderería y Soldadura, Construcciones Metálicas o similar. Esto es esencial debido a la alta complejidad técnica de nuestros productos.

• Tener experiencia previa superior a los dos años en la realización de trabajos de soldadura MAG-MIG. Si, además, tienes experiencia previa en soldadura de estructuras de aluminio y has obtenido anteriormente las correspondientes homologaciones será algo que valoraremos positivamente.

• Conocimientos en interpretación de planos. Interpretar planos para realizar trabajos de soldadura será parte de tu día a día así que, si ya tienes experiencia en esto, te adaptarás rápidamente al puesto.

• Experiencia en entornos donde el Lean Manufacturing y la mejora continua estén presentes en el día a día. En CAF, la calidad y la mejora continua son esenciales, así que estar familiarizado/a con estos entornos será una gran ventaja.
