We are looking for a Content Training Specialist to join our training team.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate in the design of training plans, schedule training calendars, coordinate their implementation in the corresponding area, and execute the training actions assigned to you.
  • Select and develop teaching resources for training delivery.
  • Develop different training materials depending on the client we are addressing (presentations, guides, e-learning courses, podcast, webinar...)
  • Deliver training sessions by choosing, designing, reviewing, and controlling the effectiveness of the resources used.
  • Propose teaching methodologies aligned with training trends in the pharmaceutical industry, especially those applicable to digital training environments.
  • Identify training needs both within the sales network and among our dermatologist clients, proposing the appropriate consultation and segmentation mechanisms to the area manager.
  • Analyze both the effectiveness of the training sessions delivered and their suitability to commercial needs and objectives, proposing indicators for the transfer of training to the workplace, as well as evaluation indicators.
  • Frequently update training activities from both a scientific standpoint (content) and in terms of the resources used for training delivery (media), and propose continuous improvements.

What we're looking for

  • Academic background in health sciences (pharmacy preferred) and specialization in cosmetics or dermocosmetics.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a trainer
  • Availability to travel 40% of the time
  • Communication skills and public speaking ability

  • Creativity and ability to innovate in training formats
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and digital training tools (LMS, webinars, e-learning, Zoom...)
