Payment of participation fees

Candidates must pay fifteen euros (15 €) as "participation fees", through the Caixabank payment gateway, following the instructions specified in the registration form on the Renfe Group Employment portal, https://www.empleo.renfe.com, and must make as many payments as calls they apply to as a candidate.

If the aforementioned payment has not been made, or the amount paid is not correct, the registration in the call will not be considered valid and, therefore, the candidate will be excluded from the process.

The same procedure will be followed for candidates who, having made the payment, have not formalized the corresponding registration within the deadline and through the channel established for that purpose.

In no case will the Renfe Group refund the amount of the participation fees due to not obtaining a position, not attending the selection tests, not meeting or proving the requirements of the call, registering in both calls, or paying the fees without registering on the Renfe Group Employment Portal.

The status of a large family will be accredited by means of the corresponding updated title.
  4. Victims of terrorism, understood as persons who have suffered physical or psychological harm as a result of terrorist activity and who prove this by final court judgment or by virtue of an administrative resolution recognizing such status, their spouse or person who has lived with them in an analogous relationship of affection, the spouse of the deceased and the children of the injured and deceased.
