Senior Customer Experience Technician (M/F/D)

Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar.

Valuable additional training related to Customer Experience or Customer Centric methodologies.

Computer Skills: Advanced level in Office Suite and Internet.

Language Skills: High level of English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for a proactive person, capable of generating impact, who combines marketing skills, content creation, and a focus on improving the customer experience. With experience and knowledge that add value in this area.

Collaboration with the department management in developing actions aimed at improving the customer experience and adding value to the area. Developing, among others, the following functions:

Creation and Editing of various content about the Customer and Customer Experience through different channels, both internal and external (texts, images, presentations).

Design and Dissemination of materials using graphic and audiovisual editing tools.

Management and Monitoring of indicators and metrics related to customer experience and satisfaction.

Preparation of Presentations for different internal and external audiences.

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to drive initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.

Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 (gross annual).

Full-time

Contract type: Employment Promotion Contract, one-year duration.

Experience in positions related to marketing, content creation, internal/external communication, etc.

Experience and/or knowledge in Customer Experience.

Solid knowledge in marketing and communication.

Proficiency with editing tools (Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop, or other similar software).

Skill in persuasive writing and storytelling.

Experience in designing impactful presentations.

Ability to work with indicators and basic data analysis.

Proactivity, creativity, and organization.
