About the role

We are currently strengthening the team and looking to bring on a 3DX Program Release Manager with solid experience in project management in complex technological environments, preferably in the aeronautical sector. The ideal person will combine knowledge of agile methodologies (especially SAFe) with experience in PLM platforms, particularly 3DExperience (3DX). Familiarity with aerospace processes will be especially valued, as will the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure the proper delivery of functionalities in multidivisional environments.

What you'll do

  • Define and maintain the program master planning.
  • Coordinate and oversee testing:
    • Non-regression testing and end-user testing
    • Definition of the testing roadmap and management of the test environment
  • Manage the preparation and rollout of training
  • Lead convergence toward key delivery milestones and ensure their achievement
  • Oversee delivery processes:
    • Definition of Ready / Definition of Done
    • Review of Delivery Notes
  • Manage the launch (EIS) and the subsequent migration strategy
  • Communicate continuously with the user community about releases and new functionalities
