  • Act as the main point of contact with corporate and local HR areas, balancing global and local needs.

  • Actively participate in defining the technology roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and improvement.

  • Prepare and coordinate audits, systems plans, and technology compliance activities.

What profile are we looking for?

  • More than 8 years of experience leading teams, platforms, and technology projects in the HR field, preferably in complex corporate environments.

  • Proven experience in IT governance, client management, budget control, and vendor management.

What knowledge and skills are we looking for?

  • Solid knowledge of HR processes and platforms, especially SAP SuccessFactors and the SAP ecosystem (at the governance, architecture, and operations level).

  • Experience with integration models and corporate architectures.

  • Knowledge of analytics and reporting for decision-making.

  • Advanced English level for international environments and projects.

  • Critical thinking and complex decision-making.

  • Results orientation and operational excellence.

  • Strong ability to engage with business, technology, and vendors.
