We are looking to incorporate a Chief Engineer to technically lead one of our strategic programs in the aerospace and defense field. The selected person will assume overall technical responsibility for the H145M program, ensuring the balance between performance, risks, industrialization, cost, and schedule throughout the entire product lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Technically lead the program, acting as the highest engineering authority and technical reference for customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Ensure the definition, integration, and evolution of the system architecture and its main subsystems.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment, fostering collaboration between Engineering, Program, Production, Quality, Procurement, and In-Service Support.

• Ensure proper traceability and compliance with technical, regulatory, safety, and certification requirements.

• Lead technical reviews, configuration management processes, change control, and resolution of critical issues.

• Manage technical risks and define mitigation plans to ensure the technological and industrial maturity of solutions.

• Contribute to the program's technical planning, defining milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

• Represent the project's technical position before customers, certification bodies, strategic partners, and suppliers.

Education:
Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.

Minimum experience:
Consolidated experience in technical leadership of complex engineering programs, preferably in the Aerospace, Defense, or critical systems sectors.

Technical skills:

• Systems engineering and complex systems architecture.
• Multidisciplinary systems integration.

• Requirements management and traceability.
• Configuration management and change control.
