This role combines strategic responsibilities with direct involvement in the development and evolution of the product, especially in environments based on Artificial Intelligence and data. Able to understand the opportunities, risks, and limitations of applying AI to development.

Highly technical and hands-on CTO, with a builder mindset and a strong product orientation, to lead the company's technological vision.

The ideal person will be a profile with a Technical / Senior Engineer DNA, passionate about innovation, with the ability to experiment quickly with new technologies and turn ideas into scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the company's technological vision aligned with the product strategy.
• Actively participate in the management of the software development team
• Ensure scalability, performance, and speed in delivery.
• Evaluate, test, and integrate new technologies, with a special focus on Artificial Intelligence and emerging tools.
• Drive the creation of a differentiated technological product, focused on efficiency, automation, and business value.
• Optimize internal processes in the technology area to gain speed and operational efficiency.
• Implement good development, testing, deployment, and code quality practices.
• Work closely with product and business to turn ideas into concrete functionalities.
• Make key decisions about technologies, frameworks, and the data stack.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Valuable: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.

Experience

• Previous experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or similar role.
• Previous career ideally in Consulting, having led technical teams and been accustomed to making strategic decisions.
• Experience working in environments with AI, data engineering, or advanced systems.
• Accustomed to interacting with business stakeholders.

Technical knowledge

• Knowledge of technological solutions based on AI/ML (LLMs, data pipelines, intelligent APIs, etc.).
• Knowledge of the data stack: databases, pipelines, data processing.
• Understanding of the CI/CD cycle, testing, and production deployment.
• "Builder" mindset: ability to prototype quickly and scale later.

Este rol combina responsabilidades estratégicas con una implicación directa en el desarrollo, y evolución del producto, especialmente en entornos basados en Inteligencia Artificial y datos. Capaz de entender las oportunidades, riesgos, y limitaciones de aplicar la IA al desarrollo.

CTO altamente técnico/a y hands-on, con mentalidad de constructor/a y fuerte orientación a producto, para liderar la visión tecnológica de la compañía.

La persona ideal será un/a perfil con ADN de Technical Lead / Senior Engineer, apasionado/a por la innovación, con capacidad para experimentar rápidamente con nuevas tecnologías y convertir ideas en soluciones escalables y eficientes.

Responsabilidades

• Definir y liderar la visión tecnológica de la compañía alineada con la estrategia de producto.
• Participar activamente en la gestión del equipo de desarrollo de software
• Garantizar la escalabilidad, rendimiento y rapidez en el delivery.
• Evaluar, probar e integrar nuevas tecnologías, con especial foco en Inteligencia Artificial y herramientas emergentes.
• Impulsar la creación de un producto tecnológico diferencial, centrado en eficiencia, automatización y valor de negocio.
• Optimizar los procesos internos del área tecnológica para ganar velocidad y eficiencia operativa.
• Implementar buenas prácticas de desarrollo, testing, despliegue y calidad de código.
• Trabajar estrechamente con producto y negocio para transformar ideas en funcionalidades concretas.
• Tomar decisiones clave sobre tecnologías, frameworks, y data stack.

Compañía tecnológica (Producto propio)

• Grado en Ingeniería de Software, Computer Science o similar.
• Valorable: Máster o Doctorado (PhD) en Computer Science, IA o áreas relacionadas.

Experiencia

• Experiencia previa como CTO, Tech Lead, Principal Engineer o rol similar.
• Trayectoria previa idealmente en Consultoría, habiendo liderado equipos técnicos y habituado a tomar decisiones estratégicas.
• Experiencia trabajando en entornos de IA, data engineering o sistemas avanzados.
• Habituado a relacionarse con stackeholders de negocio.

Conocimientos técnicos

• Conocimiento de soluciones tecnológicas basadas en IA/ML (LLMs, pipelines de datos, APIs inteligentes, etc.).
• Conocimiento de data stack: bases de datos, pipelines, procesamiento de datos.
• Comprensión del ciclo de CI/CD, testing y despliegue en producción.
• Mentalidad "builder": capacidad de prototipar rápido y escalar después.
