At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a Functional Maturity and Error Management Engineer to join a strategic project in Barcelona (Sant Esteve), for the Automotive sector, in a Hybrid work model.

In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the functional development of complex vehicle systems, acting as a technical reference for both functional maturity and structured incident management.

• Degree in Telecommunications, Industrial, Electronic Engineering or related fields
• Solid knowledge of vehicle electrical/electronic architecture
• At least 3 years of experience in system development projects in the automotive sector. Requirements management, functional validation, and problem resolution
• Minimum English level B2

En Capgemini Engineering estamos buscando un/a Ingeniero/a de Funciones y Gestión de Errores, para incorporarse a un proyecto estratégico en Barcelona (Sant Esteve), para el sector de Automoción, en modalidad Hídrida.

En este rol formarás parte de un equipo multidisciplinar responsable del desarrollo funcional de sistemas vehiculares complejos, actuando como referente técnico tanto para la madurez funcional como para la gestión estructurada de incidencias.

• Grado en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Industrial, Electrónica o afines
• Conocimientos sólidos de arquitectura eléctrica/electrónica vehicular
• Experiencia de al menos 3 años en proyectos de desarrollo de sistemas en el sector de la automoción. Gestión de requisitos, validación funcional y resolución de probelmas
• Nivel de inglés mínimo B2
