Industrial Technical Engineer - Building Maintenance

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to carry out the management of maintenance contracts at one of our client's facilities in Seville.

COMSA Service is part of the maintenance, conservation and services business unit of the COMSA Corporación group, carrying out comprehensive maintenance and specific works on buildings, infrastructures and industries.

The mission of the position is the control and organization of the proper functioning of the comprehensive maintenance of the facilities for the complete satisfaction of the client.

Carrying out the following functions:

- Coordinate and plan the execution of maintenance.

- Staff planning.

- Requesting materials and services.

- Manage and verify the preparation of technical and follow-up reports.

- Coordinate the preparation of budgets.

- Delivery of reports and budgets.

- Economic control of results.

-Degree in engineering, preferably industrial with an electrical or mechanical specialty.

-At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and management of service contracts in companies in the sector.

-Knowledge of current regulations (RITE, RBT, RAT, PCI...).

-Class B driver's license.

-Permanent Contract.

- Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

-Schedule: from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Industrial para realizar las tareas de la gestión de contratos de mantenimiento en las instalaciones de uno de nuestros clientes en Sevilla.

COMSA Service forma parte de la unidad de negocio de mantenimiento, conservación y servicios del grupo empresarial COMSA Corporación, llevando a cabo mantenimientos integrales y específicos de edificios, infraestructuras e industrias.

La misión de la posición es el control y la organización del correcto funcionamiento del mantenimiento integral de las instalaciones para la completa satisfacción del cliente.

Desempeñando las siguientes funciones:

- Coordinar y planificar la ejecución del mantenimiento.

- Planificación del personal.

- Solicitud de materiales y servicios.

- Gestionar y verificar la realización de informes técnicos y de seguimiento.

- Coordinar la realización de presupuestos.

- Entrega de informes y presupuestos.

- Control económico de los resultados.

-Grado en ingeniería, preferentemente industrial especialidad eléctrica o mecánica

-Experiencia de al menos 5 años en mantenimiento y gestión de contratos de servicios en empresas del sector.

-Conocimientos de la reglamentación vigente (RITE, RBT, RAT, PCI...).

-Permiso de conducción tipo B

-Contrato Estable.

-Jornada completa de L a V.

-Horario: de 8:00 a 14:00 horas y de 15:00 a 17:30 horas de L a J y viernes de 8:00 a 14:00 horas.

-Salario a determinar en función de experiencia y valores aportados.
