What you'll do

  • Preventive maintenance of electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, and general equipment.
  • Corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of faults with minimal impact on healthcare services.
  • Supervision of critical areas: operating rooms, ICUs, laboratories, pressure control, and filtration.
  • Management of medical gases: inspection of networks, alarms, and valves.
  • Control of fire protection systems: detectors, fire hose cabinets, extinguishers, and fire alarm control panels.
  • Basic support for electromedicine and coordination with technical services.
  • Document management and CMMS: recording of work orders, incidents, and audits.
  • Supervision of external companies and monitoring of their work.
  • Emergency response according to the centre's protocols.

What are we looking for?

We want to add to our team a first-class multi-skilled tradesperson for the maintenance of the facilities of one of our clients' buildings, located in Sant Boi de Llobregat.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

-Previous experience in carrying out comprehensive maintenance in public-access buildings (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, etc.).

-Minimum experience of 2–3 years in hospital maintenance or similar. Training in electrical, HVAC, thermal installations, or related fields

-Knowledge of regulations: RITE, ITC-BT, fire protection systems, legionella, pressure installations, and medical gases. Ability to work in critical environments and under strict procedures

-Skills: technical versatility, incident resolution, communication, and teamwork.
