BIM Technician

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a BIM Specialist to carry out graphic tasks supporting construction work, based on BIM and CAD methodologies.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Implementation of the BIM methodology
• Definition of modeling strategy on construction sites and drafting of the BEP
• BIM modeling
• Adaptation of BIM element families
• Configuration of drawings in BIM software and in 2D CAD
• Discipline coordination
• Extraction of deliverables: IFC, drawings, measurement tables, etc.
• Coordination of needs with the production team
• Follow-up of BIM/drafting meetings with the site team and client. 

You are the ideal person if you bring…

• Technical education in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, or similar fields.
• Previous experience in BIM environments and proficiency with Revit.
• Knowledge of technical documentation, measurements, and construction projects.
• Organized, decisive person with teamwork skills.

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un/a Especialista BIM para el Desarrollo de tareas gráficas como soporte a obra, en base a Metodología BIM y CAD.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

• Implementación de la metodología BIM
• Definición de estrategia de modelado en las obras y redacción de BEP
• Modelado BIM
• Adecuación de familias de elementos BIM
• Configuración de planos en software BIM y en cad 2D
• Coordinación de disciplinas
• Extracción de entregables: ifc, planos, tablas de mediciones, etc…
• Coordinación de necesidades con equipo de producción
• Seguimiento de reuniones BIM/delineación con equipo de obra y cliente. 

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

• Formación técnica en Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería o similar.
• Experiencia previa en entornos BIM y manejo de Revit.
• Conocimientos de documentación técnica, mediciones y proyectos de construcción.
• Persona organizada, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
