What are we looking for?

We want to add a BUILDINGS SITE MANAGER to the team in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Siete Palmas).

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Direct and coordinate the execution of the construction project under their responsibility, in accordance with the company's guidelines and standards, to complete it within the agreed schedule and quality levels while optimizing its profitability.

-Lead the overall execution of the project, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, profitability and client satisfaction goals.

-Plan and technically and economically control the project: budget, costs, production, certifications, closures, cash flow and budget variances.

-Coordinate the contractual, administrative and documentation management of the project, ensuring compliance with client requirements and the Client's representative requirements.

-Analyze the design, propose improvements or alternative construction methods, and manage cost variations or unplanned scope items.

-Oversee procurement, suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating terms and ensuring cost, schedule and safety standards.

-Lead communication with the client, Client's representative, internal team, suppliers and subcontractors.

-Coordinate and develop the site team, fostering a safe, collaborative and results-oriented environment.

You are the ideal person if you bring...

-Technical qualification (Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar)

-At least 5 years of experience as a Buildings Manager

-Ability to manage a project team of approximately 30 people.

¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos sumar al equipo un/a JEFE/A DE OBRA de EDIFICACION en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Siete Palmas).

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Dirigir y coordinar la ejecución de la obra bajo su responsabilidad, conforme a las directrices y estándares de la compañía, para conseguir la ejecución de la misma en el plazo y calidad adecuada y optimizar su rentabilidad

-Liderar la ejecución integral de la obra, asegurando objetivos de plazo, calidad, seguridad, rentabilidad y satisfacción del cliente.

-Planificar y controlar técnica y económicamente la obra: presupuesto, costes, producción, certificaciones, cierres, tesorería y desviaciones.

-Coordinar la gestión contractual, administrativa y documental de la obra, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente y la Dirección de Obra.

-Analizar el proyecto, proponer mejoras o variantes constructivas y gestionar precios contradictorios o unidades no previstas.

-Supervisar compras, proveedores y subcontratas, negociando condiciones y asegurando estándares de coste, plazo, calidad y seguridad.

-Liderar la interlocución con cliente, Dirección de Obra, equipo interno, proveedores y subcontratas.

-Coordinar y desarrollar al equipo de obra, promoviendo un entorno seguro, colaborativo y orientado a resultados.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

-Titulación técnica (Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Edificación, Arquitectura Técnica o similar)

-Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Jefe/a de Obra

-Capacidad para gestionar un equipo de 30 personas aproximadamente en obra.
