Civil and Railway Site Manager

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos) or Civil Engineering (homologated in Spain)
• Essential: minimum 5 years of experience as a Works Site Manager, ideally having managed projects that combine civil works (structures, bridges, crossings) with railway infrastructure or superstructure.
• Geographic mobility: Residence or availability to travel daily along the assigned railway section between Córdoba and Jaén. After this project, continuity will be offered on works located in Madrid or Andalusia, depending on preference.
• Leadership skills, results orientation, complex problem-solving, and strong negotiation abilities.

You will take on the management of the contract for a key infrastructure project combining heavy civil works and railway superstructure across the provinces of Córdoba and Jaén.

• Lead technical and economic planning: You will oversee compliance with the work schedule, controlling costs, budgets, deviations, and managing the project's monthly certifications.
• Coordinate teams and subcontractors: You will direct both in-house teams and subcontractor companies across the various work fronts (demolitions, structures, track, and catenary).
• Supervise civil and railway works operations: You will control on-site the works for widening overpasses, reinforcing steel bridges, lowering track grades, and adapting the track.
• Manage institutional and contractual relations: You will act as the contractor's main representative before the client's Construction Management and the project's technical assistance teams.
• Ensure Safety and Prevention: You will guarantee strict compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations in environments affected by live railway operations.
