What are we looking for?

We want to add a SENIOR HVAC BID TECHNICIAN to the team in Barcelona.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Preparation and development of technical-economic bids in the field of HVAC, for both national and international projects.
• Analysis of tender documents and technical documentation to identify requirements and define the most suitable technical solutions for each bid.
• Definition and development of HVAC solutions, working on their technical and economic approach.
• Management and coordination with suppliers for the assessment and finalization of technical-economic solutions.
• Preparation of the technical documentation for bids, including reports, schedules, and any other required documentation.
• Preparation of budgets and economic assessment of the proposals.

You are the ideal person if you bring…

• Industrial Engineering (Technical or Higher Degree)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bidding Engineer or Engineer in a Project Technical Department.
• Experience in any of these areas: Contracting, Commercial, Studies, or Technical Department.
• Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written.
• A person with teamwork skills, organized, and with good management capabilities.
• Independent, proactive, and self-taught profile, with the ability to acquire new knowledge and work autonomously.

¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos sumar al equipo un/a TÉCNICO/A SENIOR DE OFERTAS HVAC en Barcelona.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

• Preparación y elaboración de ofertas técnico-económicas en el ámbito de HVAC, tanto para proyectos nacionales como internacionales.
• Análisis de pliegos y documentación técnica para identificar requisitos y definir las soluciones técnicas más adecuadas para cada oferta.
• Definición y desarrollo de soluciones HVAC, trabajando en su planteamiento técnico y económico.
• Gestión y coordinación con proveedores para la valoración y concreción de las soluciones técnico-económicas.
• Elaboración de la documentación técnica de las ofertas, incluyendo memorias, planificaciones y demás documentación requerida.
• Elaboración de presupuestos y valoración económica de las propuestas.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

• Ingeniería Industrial (Técnica o Superior)
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Ingeniero/a de Ofertas o Ingeniero/a en Departamento Técnico de Proyectos.
• Experiencia en alguno de estos ámbitos: Contratación, Comercial, Estudios o Departamento Técnico.
• Nivel medio de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
• Persona con capacidad de trabajo en equipo, organizada y con buena capacidad de gestión.
• Perfil autónomo, proactivo y autodidacta, con capacidad para adquirir nuevos conocimientos y desenvolverse con autonomía.
