We are looking to hire an Internal Audit and Data Analytics Analyst for the Internal Audit Department of Deloitte Spain.

The Internal Audit Department performs monitoring and improvement functions for Deloitte Spain's internal quality control system. It reports to the Risk, Ethics, and Integrity Committee of the Board of Directors and to the CEO, contributing to the strengthening of risk management, internal control, and good governance of the Firm.

We are looking for professionals with experience in auditing who want to complement their profile with data analytics skills and new technologies.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a professional career in Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Data Analytics, participating in continuous improvement initiatives through the use of analytical tools and new technologies.

• Participate in internal audit reviews and control evaluations.
• Analyze risks, processes, and business information.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Design indicators and dashboards for monitoring risks and recommendations.
• Prepare audit documentation and reports.
• Follow up on action plans and corrective measures.
• Use new technological tools to support audit work.

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Internal Control, or Risk Management.
• Experience in process review, control evaluation, and report preparation.
• Knowledge of audit methodologies and internal control.
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience in data analysis and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Power Query and DAX.
• Knowledge of Python will be valued.
• Experience or interest in tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT will be valued.

• Analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Proactivity and initiative.
• Curiosity about technology.
• Teamwork and effective communication.

• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or similar, with training in Business Analytics, Big Data, Data Science, or similar.
• Additional training in Business Analytics, Big Data, Data Science, or similar will be valued.

El Departamento de Auditoría Interna realiza funciones de seguimiento y mejora del sistema de control interno de calidad de Deloitte España. Reporta a la Comisión de Riesgos, Ética e Integridad del Consejo de Administración y al CEO, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de la gestión de riesgos, el control interno y el buen gobierno de la Firma.

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en auditoría que quieran complementar su perfil con capacidades de análisis de datos y nuevas tecnologías.

La posición ofrece una excelente oportunidad para desarrollar una carrera profesional en Auditoría Interna, Gestión de Riesgos y Analítica de Datos, participando en iniciativas de mejora continua mediante el uso de herramientas analíticas y nuevas tecnologías.

• Participar en revisiones de auditoría interna y evaluación de controles.
• Analizar riesgos, procesos e información de negocio.
• Extraer, transformar y analizar datos mediante Excel, Power Query y Power BI.
• Diseñar indicadores y cuadros de mando para el seguimiento de riesgos y recomendaciones.
• Elaborar documentación e informes de auditoría.
• Realizar seguimiento de planes de acción y medidas correctivas.
• Utilizar nuevas herramientas tecnológicas como apoyo a los trabajos de auditoría.

• Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en Auditoría Interna, Auditoría Externa, Control Interno o Gestión de Riesgos.
• Experiencia en revisión de procesos, evaluación de controles y elaboración de informes.
• Conocimiento de metodologías de auditoría y control interno.
• Excel avanzado.
• Experiencia en análisis de datos y Power BI.
• Conocimientos de Power Query y DAX.
• Se valorarán conocimientos de Python.
• Se valorará experiencia o interés en herramientas como Microsoft Copilot o ChatGPT.

• Capacidad analítica y pensamiento crítico.
• Proactividad e iniciativa.
• Curiosidad por la tecnología.
• Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.

• Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas o similares con formación complementaria en Business Analytics, Big Data, Data Science o similares.
• Se valorará formación complementaria en Business Analytics, Data Science o similares.
