From our Personnel Administration team, we are looking for a leader in international mobility, an expert in analyzing, advising on, and integrating the various legal and conventional regulations, both at a national and international level, focused on the practice area of Personnel Administration (Payroll, Tax, Social Security, etc.), ensuring compliance with the necessary requirements for the relocation of our professionals, always aligned with the firm's guidelines.

What is the challenge?

  • Manage and adapt the firm's international mobility procedures in accordance with applicable regulations and internal Personnel Administration management processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements from a labor, immigration, social security, and tax perspective (payroll processes, contributions, and filings).
  • Identify relevant regulatory and/or case law updates for implementation in the international mobility area within Personnel Administration processes.
  • Advise, apply, and monitor Personnel Administration processes for managing payroll for all impatriate and expatriate staff at a national and international level (assignment agreements, communication to the labor authority, social security, analysis of tax treatment, applicability of tax exemptions, work visas, filings, etc.).
  • Coordinate and supervise a team for managing procedures and integration into all necessary payroll processes to ensure proper compliance with applicable regulations, as well as resolving the various consultation matters related to this scope.
  • Work with sensitive personal professional data; therefore, a high level of confidentiality and commitment is very important for this role.
  • Use data management tools, reports, and the SAP Payroll, HR, and Financial application.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a position performing similar functions and leading a team is required.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills with multidisciplinary work teams.
  • Advanced English (minimum Advanced C1) and Spanish fluency. Other languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge and proficiency with office automation tools and SAP or payroll manager applications, and advanced Excel skills.
