International Mobility Lead - Personnel Administration

Above all, we are looking for a proactive, decisive person with expertise in international mobility who brings all their skills to achieve the best results in their work and in the areas involved, as well as a leader in team management to successfully achieve, through their coordination, the completion and resolution of all necessary procedures within the Personnel Administration Department.

Technically, you will fit the position if you meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Labor Relations or Law with extensive legal and labor knowledge and prior experience in the field of international mobility in multinational environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a position performing similar functions and coordinating a team.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and liaise with different multidisciplinary work teams.
• High level of English (minimum Advanced C1) and proficiency in Spanish. Other languages will be valued.
• Knowledge and proficiency with office tools and SAP applications or payroll management software, as well as advanced Excel skills.

From our Personnel Administration team, we are looking for a leader in international mobility, an expert in the analysis, advisory, and integration of the different legal and conventional regulations, both nationally and internationally, focused on the area of Personnel Administration practice (Payroll, Tax, Social Security, etc.), ensuring compliance with the necessary requirements for the relocation of our professionals, always aligned with the firm's guidelines.

They must be a decisive, dynamic person with the ability to coordinate their own work teams, and with high communication skills and assertiveness to maintain interdepartmental relationships with multidisciplinary teams of different firm profiles, both at the business level and in corporate areas, to achieve a successful outcome in the area.

• Manage and adapt the firm's international mobility procedures to applicable regulations and internal Personnel Administration management processes to ensure legal compliance from a labor, immigration, social security, and tax perspective (processes in payroll, contributions, and filings).
• Identify relevant regulatory and/or case law developments for their implementation in the international mobility area within Personnel Administration processes.
• Advise, apply, and monitor Personnel Administration processes for payroll management for all inpatriate and expatriate personnel nationally and internationally (relocation agreements, communication with labor authorities, social security, tax analysis for the applicability of tax exemptions, work visas, filings, etc.).
• Coordinate and supervise a team for the management of procedures and integration into all necessary Payroll processes to ensure proper compliance with applicable regulations, as well as resolving the different queries on the matter.
• Work with sensitive data of professionals, which is why a high level of confidentiality and commitment is entrusted to this position.
• Use data management tools, reports, as well as the application of SAP Payroll, HR, and Financial.
