We are looking for profiles with 3 to 5 years of experience interested in taking an active role in projects that combine technology, AI, and FinOps to drive efficiency and transparency in cloud spending, collaborating with organizations across various sectors.

As part of the team, you will contribute to the design and implementation of FinOps frameworks and practices, perform cost analysis and usage reviews, and support the definition of policies and roadmaps to optimize cloud investment. You will play a key role in cost governance, the automation of reporting, the use of AI for various FinOps activities, and the coordination between technical and financial teams, working with clients and experts to maximize the value of the cloud, reduce waste, and promote financial sustainability in an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

As part of the FinOps team in Cloud Strategy, you will be responsible for:

• Managing cloud cost visibility and allocation (showback/chargeback models), providing information tailored to different stakeholders
• Analyzing the root cause of cloud overspend (overprovisioning, underutilized resources, configuration errors, or inefficient usage)
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify and track the execution of cloud cost optimization strategies, considering levers such as waste management, consumption management, and purchasing strategies, and taking into account the "success fee" model in achieving savings.
• Collaborating on the definition of AI agents that, combined with our current tools, help manage and optimize cloud costs
• Optimizing costs associated with AI technologies, including models like OpenAI, Claude, or Copilot, as well as models developed by our clients.
• Optimizing the management of costs for Data Platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or MS Fabric
• Preparing cloud cost forecasting reports based on existing and future cloud workloads
• Collaborating on cloud cost estimation for new deployments and environments
• Defining and driving the implementation of FinOps policies and best practices for ongoing cost management.
• Providing tagging recommendations to ensure proper cloud cost visibility prior to showback and chargeback
• Tracking optimization initiatives and quantifying avoided costs
• Evaluating the cost-performance ratio of workloads to ensure efficient use of resources

We are looking for professionals with the following skills and knowledge:

• FinOps Practitioner certification
• FinOps certification for AI
• Deep knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their cost structures.
• Cloud cost management in a cloud-agnostic manner
• Knowledge of specialized cloud cost management tools (CloudHealth, Cloudability, Flexera)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to work in a team.
• Basic knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.) to support FinOps processes

Como parte del equipo, contribuirás en el diseño e implementación de prácticas y marcos de FinOps, realizarás análisis de coste y uso, y apoyarás en la definición de políticas y hojas de ruta para optimizar la inversión en cloud. Tendrás un papel clave en la gobernanza de costes, la automatización de reportes, el uso de la IA para diferentes actividades FinOps y la coordinación entre equipos técnicos y financieros, trabajando con clientes y expertos para maximizar el valor del cloud, reducir desperdicios y fomentar la sostenibilidad financiera en un entorno de aprendizaje continuo y crecimiento profesional.

Como parte del equipo de FinOps en Cloud Strategy, serás responsable de:

• Gestionar la visibilidad y asignación de costes Cloud (modelos de showback/chargeback), proporcionando información adaptada a diferentes stakeholders
• Analizar la causa raíz de sobrecostes cloud (sobredimensionamiento, recursos infrautilizados, errores de configuración o uso ineficiente)
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para identificar y realizar el seguimiento de la ejecución de estrategias de optimización de costes en la nube, considerando palancas de gestión del desperdicio, gestión del consumo y estrategia de compras, y teniendo en cuenta la modalidad "success fee" en la consecución de ahorros.
• Colaborar en la definición de agentes IA que, sumado a nuestras herramientas actuales, ayuden a gestionar y optimizar los costes Cloud
• Optimizar costes asociados a tecnologías IA, tanto modelos tipo OpenAI, Claude o Copilot, como modelos desarrollados por nuestros clientes.
• Optimizar gestionar los costes de las Data Platforms como Databricks, Snowflake o MS Fabric
• Elaborar reportes de forecasting de costes Cloud en base a las cargas de trabajo ya existentes en la nube y a cargas de trabajo futuras
• Colaborar en la estimación de costes Cloud para nuevos despliegues y entornos
• Definir e impulsar la implementación de políticas y mejores prácticas de FinOps para la gestión continua de costes.
• Proporcionar recomendaciones de etiquetado para asegurar una correcta visualización de los costes Cloud previa al showback y chargeback
• Realizar el seguimiento de iniciativas de optimización y cuantificación de costes evitados
• Evaluar la relación coste‑rendimiento de las cargas de trabajo para asegurar un uso eficiente de los recursos

Buscamos profesionales que tengan las siguientes habilidades y conocimientos:

• Certificación de FinOps Practitioner
• Certificación de FinOps for IA
• Conocimiento profundo de las plataformas de nube pública (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) y sus estructuras de costes.
• Gestión de costes de entornos Cloud de manera agnóstica al proveedor
• Conocimiento de herramientas especializadas para la gestión de costes en la nube (CloudHealth, Cloudability, Flexera)
• Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto oral como escrita en inglés y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
