What we're looking for

We are looking for professionals with experience and technical qualifications of 1-2 years in the financial sector in the Customer Service area (complaint and claim management). We are looking for a professional with previous experience in this type of project and in working in an integrated manner, who can bring their experience in providing this type of service and their knowledge of the financial sector, with the aim of delivering maximum added value to the client.

What you'll do

Support in the management and handling of complaints and claims. The selected candidate will perform the following functions:

Receiving and processing requests
Recording complaints and claims received
Knowledge and analysis of different types of financial products.
Analysis of information and compilation of the necessary documentation to respond to the claim
Application of decision trees to generate response models
Periodic and executive reports
Conducting quality audits, internal controls, and individualized monitoring of complaints
