We are currently looking for SAP HCM Consultants for our Valencia office.

What you'll do

  • You will implement, configure, and provide support for SAP HCM modules.
  • You will participate in requirements gathering, functional analysis, solution design, and testing, ensuring the correct execution of payroll processes and applicable labor regulations.
  • You will provide training to key users and support change management to optimize the use of the solution.
  • You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with autonomy and the support of a team of SAP HCM experts.

What we're looking for

  • More than 3 years of experience in SAP HCM implementations and support.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • We will positively value specific certifications or postgraduate studies.
  • University degree in STEM, Business, or related fields.
  • Spanish language proficiency and desirable English fluency. Other languages are valued.
