In Technology & Transformation, we are looking for people to join our Control Technology area. We specialize in offering technological solutions that help organizations achieve the digitalization of their financial processes, ensuring security in their processes, regulatory compliance, proper monitoring, and efficiency in their operations.

• You will be the direct link with the client, leading project management and responding to demand in real time.
• You will contribute to the design of technological solutions, as well as to the planning and sizing of projects oriented to the risk management of our clients.
• You will be responsible for the leadership and monitoring of work teams, fostering their professional development through training, mentoring, and the design of personalized career plans.

• More than 2-3 years of experience in technology projects with technical knowledge of the Archer solution, preferably in solution implementation environments.
• Skills for problem solving, proactivity, and proposing alternatives.
• Demonstrated ability in team management, task coordination, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and teams clearly and effectively.

• We will positively value knowledge of use cases such as risk management, internal control, regulatory compliance, privacy, IT Risk, Audit, TPRM, or Business Continuity.
• We will positively value experience working on the configuration of Data Feeds, Notifications, Workflows, Automated Campaigns, and rules and actions.
• We positively value proficiency in English, as we collaborate with international clients and providers.
• We will positively value proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and JavaScript.
• We positively value holding team management certifications such as (PMP or Scrum Master), ISO certifications (ISO27001 or ISO 22301), or other certifications related to the Archer world.

• Serás el enlace directo con el cliente, liderando la gestión de proyectos y respondiendo a la demanda en tiempo real.
• Contribuirás al diseño de soluciones tecnológicas, así como a la planificación y dimensionamiento de proyectos orientados a la gestión de riesgos de nuestros clientes.
• Serás responsable del liderazgo y seguimiento de los equipos de trabajo, fomentando su desarrollo profesional mediante formación, mentoría y el diseño de planes de carrera personalizados.

• Más de 2-3 años de experiencia en proyectos tecnológicos con conocimiento técnico en la solución Archer, preferiblemente en entornos de implantación de soluciones.
• Habilidades para la resolución de problemas, proactividad y propuesta de alternativas.
• Capacidad demostrada en la gestión de equipos, coordinación de tareas, seguimiento de hitos y evaluación del desempeño.
• Excelentes dotes de interlocución y capacidad para interactuar con clientes y equipos de manera clara y efectiva.

• Valoraremos positivamente que tengas conocimientos de casos de uso como gestión de riesgos, control interno, cumplimiento normativo, privacidad, IT Risk, Audit, TPRM, Operational Risk o Business Continuity.
• Valoraremos positivamente que hayas trabajado en la configuración de Data Feeds, Notificaciones, Workflows, Campañas Automáticas y reglas y acciones.
• Valoramos positivamente el dominio del inglés, ya que colaboramos con clientes y proveedores internacionales.
• Valoraremos positivamente el dominio de lenguajes de programación como SQL y javascript.
• Valoramos positivamente la obtención de certificaciones de gestión de equipos como (PMP o Scrum Master), certificaciones ISO (ISO27001 o ISO 22301) u otras certificaciones relacionadas al mundo de Archer.
