About the role

If you consider yourself a person with an analytical mindset, obsessed with data quality and focused on results, we have an opportunity for you at our HQ in Barcelona.

As a CRO & Web Analytics Specialist, you will lead both the conversion optimization strategy and the definition and evolution of the measurement framework for our ecommerce.

You will be responsible for defining the experimentation roadmap (A/B testing), ensuring robust and reliable tracking implementation, guaranteeing data quality, as well as managing the relationship with external agencies to maximize the impact of analytics and experimentation, serving as the internal reference for digital analytics.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will be...

  • Define the global CRO strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Define, prioritize, and manage the experimentation roadmap (A/B testing and other methodologies).

  • Identify improvement opportunities in the conversion funnel together with the different stakeholders.

  • Propose initiatives that boost conversion and improve the user experience.

  • Coordinate the complete experimentation cycle: ideation, design, implementation, QA, launch, and results analysis.

  • Ensure the methodological quality of experiments (hypothesis, segmentation, statistical significance, etc.), as well as measure and report incremental impact.

  • Ensure the scalability of CRO learnings to the product roadmap.

  • Analyze user behavior and the customer journey to identify actionable insights.

  • Translate data into clear recommendations for business and product.

  • Promote a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making.

  • Define and evolve the digital analytics and ecommerce measurement strategy.

  • Design and maintain the measurement framework (KPIs, events, conversions, funnels, and dashboards).

  • Define and validate functional tracking requirements and collaborate with Technology on their correct implementation.

  • Guarantee data quality, consistency, and reliability, identifying and resolving measurement issues.

  • Ensure the correct measurement of new ecommerce developments and functionalities.

  • Define tracking standards and best practices, as well as data governance.

  • Lead the relationship with the digital analytics agency.

  • Define priorities, oversee deliverables, and ensure SLA compliance.

  • Ensure the rigor, quality, and relevance of the analyses carried out by the agency.

  • Act as the internal reference and validation point for measurement and digital analytics.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in CRO, Web Analytics, or Digital Analytics in ecommerce environments.

  • Advanced experience with web analytics tools (preferably Google Analytics 4).

  • Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager or similar) and defining measurement plans.

  • Experience working with A/B testing tools (preferably Optimizely).

  • Knowledge of tracking architecture, events, conversions, funnels, and the customer journey.

  • High analytical capacity, critical thinking, and an obsession with data quality.

  • Proactivity, results orientation, and the ability to combine strategic vision with execution.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of UX/UI and Research.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript applied to tracking implementation.

  • Experience with BigQuery, Server-Side Tagging, or advanced measurement architectures.

  • Experience with agile methodologies.
